REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Award Nomination: 

All nominees who do not win the award will receive a refund of their nomination fee. No refund shall be given if the winner decides not to receive the award.

 

• Other Attendance or Sponsorship: 

Cancellation will be accepted only within 30 days from the date of payment. All cancellations will be subject to a 10% administrative fee deduction. 

 

The refund will be calculated as follows:

 

• 90% refund if canceled within 15 days from the date of payment

• 50% refund if canceled within 30 days from the date of payment

• 0% refund if canceled after 30 days from the date of payment

 

A full refund will only be applicable if the event is cancelled by the organizer. No refunds will be provided if the event is postponed or relocated due to natural calamity, changes in local government policy, pandemic, or epidemic.

 

Refunds will not be offered in cases of visa rejections or travel restrictions. Attendees, participants, awardees, or speakers are solely responsible for travel or visa-related matters. Evenement Investiture (The Global Legal Summit, The Global Fintech Summit, The Global Realty Summit) shall not be held liable for travel or visa issues in any scenario.

 

Cancellation will only be accepted when a cancellation email is sent to gls@evenement.world from the registered email address, along with billing information (name, transaction ID, etc.), and a brief comment explaining the refund request.

 

Refund requests will typically be processed within 15 days of receipt. The refund for the net price of the claim will be processed using the same method as the original payment.
